Topped up fermenter with just under 1L from extra bottle - 1/2 packet old US-05 (± 3 months old in freezer) 17/12 (3 days) - fermentation looked like it was properly over (no krausen) - was very worried - took reading 4.4Bx (1.006) - very surprised Priming 72g (for 11 litres)
