Notes:

need to keep better notes. Brewed on 7/28. Probably bottled a month later. Stashed the bottles under the house. Tasted a sample at bottling time and it wasn't good. Cracked the first one (2 months after bottling) and it is way better than expected. Thick, roasty coffee and chocolate. Probably not enough carbonation.
