Boiled over & lost some wort. Stopper popped out of the carboy after a day of fermentation -- I guess the stopper wasn't a perfect fit.

If my note about pruning sugar is correct, I messed that up. It's way under carbonated, but then I like a carbonated beverage. The smell is like candy. The taste is very chocolate caramel malty, then alcoholic, with sort of a flat finish.
