Oops, forgot to add the cinnamon to the mash.
6/4/15 No activity after 67 hrs, realized freezer was too cold (58F) due to placement of thermostat sensor. Moved sensor and raised to 70F and rocked fermenter, active airlock by 9am.
6/7/15 Racked to secondary, very clear. Set freezer to 60F
6/8/15 Set freezer at 59F, Carboy is at 56F
6/14/15 Bottled, very clear. FG 1.009 (corr.)
