Aroma is light with some chocolate and a mix of fruity and herbal hop notes. Appearance is a deep ruby and almost black. A white foamy head is present but did not last. Carbonation is light at this point but present. Body is good. There is some sweetness but mostly balanced by the front herbal hops. Slightly too bitter for what I wanted. Nice chocolate note that fits with the front bitterness. On the back end, there is some fruitiness but it is not enough. Individual fruit flavors are not discernible. Next time, decrease front hops and double dry hop.
