-added cascade hops because I had a half an ounce available and wanted to increase the ibu's.
-Mash started at 8:45 am
-stirred mash @ 11:45
-drained @ 12:05
-boil started @12:35
-Fermented for 2 weeks at 65deg
-cold crashed for 2 days at 35deg
