Mash at 67 - 65 C for over 1 hour Messed up water quantities again!!! got target final gravity 1.050. Impressed with Yeast/trub behavior during bottling. settled not moved at all during transfer to bottling bucket, very clean beer Tried sticking labels to bottles using milk
