Mashed in at 10:15am. First rest at 143 for 20. Turned temp up to 154 and stirred at 10:38, reached and started second rest (154) at 10:46am. Mash out started at 11:28am. Run off started at 11:42am and ended at 12:02 so about 20 min. Preboil gravity was a couple points low and OG end up at 1.070, 4 points lower then plan. Pitched yeast at 1:58pm.
