Ok, got all kinds of things happening here. First I don't have any flaked wheat so I'm going to replace it with some DME. At the end of run off I have 7.5 gals in the kettle at 1.048 pre-boil gravity. Run off took 30 min. The brew timer stop so I'm guessing at the total boil time.
