85-95F day. Mash Hopping all hops. Collected 6.5 gallons of wort and heated to 185F. Stopped 2hrs to take a break before boiling. 45 minute boil, cool to 89deg in 12 min. Cooled in chest freezer for 2 hrs. Pithched yeast into 80 degree wort, set temp at 68F. 36 hr lag to active fermentation. Day 3 had Krausen foam coming out of airlock. Laddled out foam 3 times over the day. day 5 activity ceased, Sg 1.012. 17 days in fermenter. FG 1.010, higher attenuation (79%) than expected for this yeast.
