2/4 4.92 HLT 149F mash 5.23/1.078 first 5.41 second 5.70/1.010 final 5.32/1.042 pre *8mL H3PO4@EOB 1.046 O.G., 5.23 post KO@68F, set controller to 69F. Easy peasy brew. 2/8@1.020@72F. Bumped up to 74F. Hopefully keg in the next dew days. 2/11@1.011@74F Apparently didn't take any proper notes. This beer was grossly under-bittered. I have since adjusted calculations for IBU for WP additions. Had it been bolstered by a proper bitterness, this would've been a bit more interesting. Instead it was something I mostly drank to get rid of.
