brew day went great. no problems. mash steady at 151F. 5 gal apx to primary. OG 1.060. just a little low. placed primary in a water bath with wet towel around it, temp is at 68F apx

Racked to 2nd and dry hopped. still fermenting very slowly . 1 bubble every 60-90 sec. corrected FG currently at 1.01 per pete drinks site. = 6.77% abv. Flavors of graham cracker, honey, nutty granola.
