Add 2 degress to strike temp when not preheating tun.
Mash temp was 2 degrees short even though HLT was 164. added some water to bring it up, i did only add 7 gallons of water so maybe that was why.
Seems like i collected more like 10 gallons, not 9. I will see how it ends up.
