Color is a bright clear gold. Carbonation came out good giving it a small tight white head. Aroma is malty with biscuit, a touch of caramel and just a hint of citrus. It has a lighter medium body with a smooth mouthfeel that goes down crisp. Flavor comes on crisp with malty caramel, biscuit and a touch of citrus with a mild bitterness. Aftertaste is clean with a lingering bitterness and the malt trying to hold on. Overall this malt is tasty gives nice biscuit and caramel notes. It lands somewhere between Maris Otter and Viking pale malt.
