Based on boiling 7.25 gallonsliters at 1.048 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.10 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.055.

You wanted an OG of 1.054. It looks like it will be over.

Tasting Notes (1)

Rizero

Tasted on 3/22/2021 by Rizero

Notes:

Color is a deep clear amber with a tight off white head. Aroma is sweet with roasted malt and caramel. It has a medium body with a smooth almost creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is rich with toffee and mild biscuit backed by a easy bitterness. Aftertaste somehow seems clean yet the sweet toffee from the Munich hangs on. Overall it's much more drinkable then I thought it would be for this much Munich, though I think it would be better with about half as much.
