Notes from last time: Kept having to heat mash, didn't whirlpool, straight to fermentation, let sit in fridge for 2 hrs, Didn't care about hops in ferm. Didn't sparge with enough at first, added another gallon, was already in HLT. For this much grain 19.5 gallons is good. Used 100% RO water. I need a burner under mash. forgot to measure grain temp. Mash was around 150.
