(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Great brew day. Pitched yeast about 90F or so after aerating for 1 minute. There's a double dry hop on this one so after 24 hours and then 3 days before bottling.
8/19 - first dry hop after about 8 hours, high krausen. Very pungent tropical fruit coming out of the airlock. Opening the lid of the fermenter, I could feel the radiating warmth of the wort.
8/21 - second dry hop. This smelled amazing.
