(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Mash temp was spot on and solid, smooth brew day, the ground water is warming up so It took a while to chill to pitching temp.
I'm close to a half gallon heavy on volume and just a bit low 1.055 on O.G. Took Gravity reading today, 6/17/19 , it's around 1.016 I'll bottle in a few days. Ended up with 59 bottles of nice brown ale, uncarbed it's smooth and slightly smoky with a rich flavor of chocolate and roasted grain. Looking forward to tasting when it's carbonated.
