Strike water was 170 in HLT, 164 once in mash tun, 153 after grain (I think that is good, I will see what ending mash temp is). These temps were great. I wonder if I should lower mash temp? Maybe try a bit lower next time. 6/2/2019 - added dry hops 6/6/2019 - started chilling
