Back to the Future - American IPA - 10 Gallons Brew Session
Brew Session Info
4/22/2019
(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Strike water was 170 in HLT, 164 once in mash tun, 153 after grain (I think that is good, I will see what ending mash temp is).
These temps were great. I wonder if I should lower mash temp? Maybe try a bit lower next time.
6/2/2019 - added dry hops
