bursting pineapple from the denali being the bio-transform hop, even though none of it being used in the boil. the idaho gem & bru-1 give off a tropical, yet resinous danky flavor. more bitter than I expected at 10ibu for bittering hops (may do 5 or 8 next time). unfortunately drinking the beer a week later it had already changed a little bit. so I have to drink this beer quick before it degrades to an undrinkable level.
