My first 5Gal batch. MLT was cold when I added strike water. Strike water was 159f, after mash in, 148.7. I forgot to do a FG, will have to take one out of a bottle. Was interrupted during the chilling and left it at 45C for 2 hours before returning and chilling down to 19C and pithing yeast. Everything seems to be fine regardless.
