Had Monica's last one last night. Beer was clear and not as malty. Amazing how the haze dropped out. Not sure if it was because it was cold for a while or just more time in the bottle. Beer still tasted pretty good, and wished it was the last one of the batch.
4 stars because it's was my first brew. It was a good beer, everybody that tried had good things to say and enjoyed it. Personally it reminded me of Haze-On my Magnolia brewing. It's a good beer but did not have the head retention I was looking for, also it was amber and I wanted a yellow or pale. It did have a cloudiness to it that I wanted. Beer over was good, slightly malty in my opinion even after 4 weeks of conditioning. Would a brew again? Yes, but probably use corn sugar to prime instead of honey.
