Tasting Notes (1)

BeeBrew

Tasted on 12/17/2017 by BeeBrew

Notes:

Small head, ruby-black color. Roasty and plum aroma. Smooth, not at all astringent, (adding dark grains late in the mash definitely reduced tannins). Complex flavor layers of coffee and plum/fig.
