Color is a murrky deep amber with good carbonation that gives it a rocky head to start that falls to a thin tight off white cover. Aroma is roasted malts that give some bread notes and caramel that gives a light sweetness. It has a medium body with a light smooth mouth feel. Flavor is light roast, just a hint of fruit and then a hop spice that gives a light peppery feel. Aftertaste has a very light bitterness to go with the spice and finishes slightly dry. Overall it's a great Amber, easy drinking with mellow flavors.
