Gravity Estimates

Based on boiling 6.95 gallonsliters at 1.051 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.058.

You wanted an OG of 1.060. It looks like it will be under.

Tasting Notes (1)

Fuzzy

Tasted on 7/6/2014 by Fuzzy

Notes:

Good dark color, perfect for style. No head. Roasty Flat, carbonation didn't take. Roast, chocolate, caramel. Dextrinous, as it should be, though could use more carbonation Can't fault for taste or color, but I'll need to carbonate better next time. Going to go back to using sugar for it, as it's often problematic for me to use reserved wort. Probably due to too long in the freezer.
