- 1st runnings: on point. Sparge too cool, at 155 deg. - OG: 1.046 at 123 degrees- propane ran out at 10 mins before flame out, let the wort sit- siphoned from kettle to fermenter to keep it clear- took over 2 weeks to fully ferment
