Only been brewing since January. First was a 1-gal. kit dry Irish stout. Made every mistake you can and still came out great. Next was a clone of a Düsseldorf Altbier in a 5-gal batch that was every bit as good as original. Followed with another stout that needed ½-oz more aroma hops. Still tasted great, but took 4 weeks in the bottle. Then a clone of Sierra Nevada pale ale. Also perfect after only 8-days in the bottle. Full-grain next!
