Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 2 gallons of water to 160F
2.
Soak the grains and maintain approx. 155F for 45 minutes.
3.
Drain and fly sparge with 170F @1qt/2lb of grain.
4.
Add water to the wort to measure 6.5 gallons for the boil.
5.
Follow Hop schedule - include Whirlflox and Yeast Fuel @15min
6.
Add Body Builder @ flameout
7.
Cool, transfer to fermentor, pitch yeast.
8.
Dry-hop with remaining hops in secondary.
