Special Instructions

1.
Bring 6 gallons of water to 160 degrees (strike temp)

add grains (all 10 lbs) to 160 deg water, stir it to avoid clumps. Water should be between 150-155 degrees after grains are added.
3.
Mash grains for 60 minutes, bring water to 170 degrees, let it rest for 10 minutes.
4.
Irish Moss added to boil, 15 minutes.
