All Grain American IPA homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Vienna - DE, Flaked Oats - US, CaraMunich I - DE, Corn Sugar (Dextrose) - US, Buzz Bullets Hops, Vic Secret Hops, Amarillo Hops, White Labs California Ale WLP001 Homebrew Yeast.
• Hops at 30 minutes: Buzz Bullets
• Hops at 10 and 0 - Vic Secret
• Missed the original gravity - achieved 1.062 at 60 degrees - 70% EF
• Pitched white labs 001 Cali Ale at 72 degrees
• Took four days to really start going - Didn't oxygenate enough - remedied by vigorously agitating for 1 minute on day 4 and brought wort temp up to 70 degrees
• First dry hopped at day 6 - 2oz of Amarillo (hop bag) - 4 days
• Second dry hop at day 7 - 2 oz of Buzz Bullets (no hop bag - big mistake) - 2 days
• Final gravity was 1.012
• Keg on day 10
• Force carbonated with 35 psi for 1 hour and agitated for 2 minutes
Keg pressure to 12 psi
• Clogged the keg tube with hops - had to disassemble drain side to clean out a lot of hop matter
