Special Instructions

1.
rehydrate us05 yeast with 125ml water
2.
boil first 25g of galaxy hops @10mins in 4ltr of water
3.
add second 25g of galaxy hops at flameout
4.
add dry dextros and LDME to fermenter
5.
add hop boil to fermenter, stiring in the dry ingredients
6.
Add cold water to the 23ltr mark, Temp reads 23°c
7.
Measure OG, came in at 1054 on the line
8.
pitch yeast and sir it in
9.
add fermenter to fridge set to 18°c on the inkbird
