Water treated with .25 campden tablets per 5 gallons strike/sparge water. Saturday evening brew session: 1.074 first runnings: 1.035 second, 1.023 3rd 5 gallons collected 4th 1.015.got 5.5 gallons at 1.047. added .5 gallons boiled (and chilled) water to fermenter to raise volume to 6 gallons (estimating SG at 1.043). Added 1/2 jar trub from dual pete light. No action Monday morning, so added more yeast from jar noon Monday. 4.9 abv
