Special Instructions

  1. Strike water temp =70 C/158F total 52L
  2. Mash in 32L @ 66C/151F for 60min
  3. Add first wort hop to kettle
  4. Fly sparge 16L/4.25gal @ 77C/170F for approx 40 min
  5. Boil 38L/10gal for 60min
  6. Cool wort to 82C/180F and whirlpool with hops for 30 min
