Protean @ 124 for 10 min (may be bodyless and no head retention).142 - 145 for 40 min. 155 -160 20 min. Did not turn out too thin after conditioning in the fermenter I think. Foamed up good when I decanted it for testing. Rested at 35F for 1 month. Took it down slow to 35 over a two week period. Added a packet of yeast at bottle time for insurance.
