Added 1 gallon water with 1lb sugar after 4 days fermentation to dry out and water down a bit

Notes:

Adding the water + sugar dried it out while simultaneously watering down the flavor a bit. Tastes very similar to Founders All Day IPA but is less bitter and with a slightly different hop profile. Overall I'd say its a solid beer. Next time I'll go a lot lighter on crystal and radd some munich or vienna.
