No mash steps in this recipe
Steep grains for 25 mins @ 165F
Bring to Boil - Add DME & Sugar
Put Chiller in Wort @ 15 mins
Yeast Nutrient added to boil 15 mins
Chill and rack wort to fermenter
Hydrate yeast in 8oz water 95-105F for 15 mins
Aerate wort for 15 minutes
Pitch yeast, seal fermenter, insert airlock

Not tasted yet: OG: 1.08 FG: 1.025 for 7.2 ABV it did taste great. We'll see in 3 weeks
