Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains for 25 mins @ 165F
2.
Bring to Boil - Add DME & Sugar
3.
Add LME @ 15 mins
4.
Put Chiller in Wort @ 15 mins
5.
Yeast Nutrient added to boil 15 mins
6.
Add Whirl-Floc @ 5 mins
7.
Chill and rack wort to fermenter
8.
Hydrate yeast in 8oz water 95-105F for 15 mins
9.
Take OG reading of wort
10.
Aerate wort for 15 minutes
11.
Pitch yeast, seal fermenter, insert airlock
