Special Instructions

1.
Preheat mash turn with boiling water
2.
Grain Mass 10lb - MWR 1.2 qt/lb - Initial infusion 3.75 gal (w/ losses) @ 170F to achieve target temp 150-158F

Sparge with 5.3 gal @ 170-190F - Batch or Fly sparge ensuring grain bed temp does not exceed 170F
4.
Boil 7 Gal for 1 hr adding hops according to schedule
5.
Add cooling coil to boil kettle 10 min before flame out
6.
After flame out, rapidly chill wort to 70F
7.
Transfer 6 gal wort to fermenter, and pitch yeast (expect 1 gal trub loss in fermenter)
