start out with 7.5 gallons in mash tun. Should have put 5 gallons and mash tun and sparged with 3. Needed pre boil volume of 7 gallons to end with 5.5 gallons. OG = 1.058. Dry hopped at 1.023. Mash PH was extemely high. Need to correct.
