Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash for 90 minutes at exactly 69 deg C, if cools take some hot water from your sparge water
2.
First Wort Hop (Add to boiler before sparging, after mashing) of 15 gm, fuggles and 15gm Styrian Goldings
3.
30 mins into boil add another 15gm of styrian and fuggles, boil total 60mins
4.
At flameout (end boil), add another 15gm fuggles 15gm styrian. Let the sit in tank for one hour.
5.
Cool rapidly and add water to make up batch size to 23l.
6.
Add yeast
