An educated guess at a clone for Equinox Brewing's El Sultanarado. Sultana is AKA Denali or Hopsteiner 06277. I suspect Columbus was the bittering hop in the original but I moved it around some.
Liquid yeast WLP001 or WY1056 with starter if preferred. US-05 is listed as tolerant to 9-11% so it's probably ok but you may want to pitch two just to be sure.
Substitute 7.5# Pils LME for 2 Row for an extract version, steep other grains 20 minutes at 153f.
