All Grain American IPA homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Munich Light - DE, Caramel/Crystal 60 - US, Acidulated Malt - DE
, Magnum Hops, Citra Hops, Mosaic Hops, Lallemand Verdant dry Yeast Homebrew Yeast, Whirlfloc.
5% - Caramel/Crystal 60 - US
2% - Acidulated Malt - DE
Lallemand Verdant dry Yeast
Flameout hops for 10 minutes
Pitch at 65F; Ferment at 66F for 4 days; raise to 68F for one week; raise to 70F for 3 days
Use Kroger spring water with 1.5 tsp Gypsum; 0.33 tsp CaCl2; 0.33 tsp NaCl divided 2:1 mash/sparge
M&B 5.5 gallons mash; 3 gallons sparge = 7 gallons boil
