    Mash Steps

    Heat 3.5L water to 71 degrees c
    Maintain temperature at 66 degrees c for 60 mins - stir every 15 mins
    Raise temp of mash to 76 degrees - hold for 10 minutes
    seperately pour 4.5L of water at 76 degrees over mash bag, then mix the two mash solutions
    Boil for 60 mins
