Strike temp: 165F, Strike volume: 3 gal, Grain Temp: 72F, Mash temp: 152F for 60mins. Mashout 1.5 gal at a rolling boil. Brought mash temp to 165 for 10 mins. First Runnings: 14.5 Brix 3 gallons. Sparge water: 3 gal @ 185F brought mash temp to 170. Second runnings: 5.8 Brix 3 gallons. Pre boil: Brix 9.8 Volume 6 gal. Final Post Boil: Brix ~12 at 4.8 gal. Sparge water: 3 gal @ 185F brought mash temp to 166. Second runnings: 5 Brix 3.5 gallons. Pre boil: Brix 7.5 Volume 6.5 gal. Final Post Boil: Brix 11 at 5 gal.
