Mash Steps

Special Instructions
1.Add .4 tsp (4g) of Calcium Chloride to mash water (if using Guelph water) ie, aim for a 2:1 ratio of Calcium to Sulfate
2.Add the "Boil" hops at end of boil and do not cool for 15 minutes. This will get the desired 35 IBUs.
3.Add flameout hops at 160F, hold for 10 minutes
4.Add the dry hops 8 days into fermentation, let sit for 2 days and then transfer into keg
