Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Add .4g of calcium chloride to mash water
2.
Add boil hops at end of 60 minutes boil. DO NOT COOL for 15 minutes, just let it sit.
3.
Then cool the beer down to 160F, add the Flame Out Hops, and let sit for 10 minutes, cool to pitching temp and proceed normally
4.
Dry hop 7 days into fermentation. Rack into kegs or bottles on day 10.
