Special Instructions

1.
Crushed malted grains: barely, wheat and corn. Amounts as per recipe
2.
Mash grains at 68 deg c for 60 minutes
3.
Transfer wort to boiler
4.
Add hops at 60 min, 45, 5 min
5.
Add wild herps at 50 min, 10 minutes
6.
Add dried bitter gourd at 50 min, 30 min, 15 min
7.
Wait for wort to cool to ambient temperature (32 degrees)
8.
Transfer wort to 2 fermenters because wort volume is about 41 liters
9.
Ferment for 2 weeks

    I malted the grains myself. I used steam to sanitize tools and equipment because I can't get proper sanitizer here
