My grain bag for this BIAB was a little on the small side. Mash had consistency of porridge. Will see what effect this has on efficiency. pH was a little off as well, maybe too acid - hoping this won't affect the brew too much. OG was a little off and the final volume suffered a bit, maybe due to the hop rocket retaining some, and a little spillage.
