Notes:

Is this the Slightly Sour Session Saison? Not that sour, but makes a nice refreshing beer. After sitting in the fridge for months, has developed an apple-y character. Almost cider like. Reminds me also of acetaldehyde, but not really. Has a kind of bland/stale finish. People would drink it. Purple cap? Black cap?
