Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Heat mash water to 75C. Add to mash tun and stir well- close tun when mash T reached.
2.
Mash at 68C for 90mins
3.
Sparge with 10L at 78C
4.
Boil 75 Mins at boiling Temperature. Ensure we have 24.5L in boiler at start!
5.
Add Hops when required
6.
Add protoflac tablet 15mins before end of boil
7.
Take Hydrometer reading before PITCHING the yeast
8.
Ferment in primary at 22C for 3weeks
