Special Instructions

1.
Use a total of 3.4 gallons of water. Must be distilled water.
2.
Add brewing minerals to distilled water during mash in. Add half the grains with the minerals , stir and add the rest of the grains.
3.
Dry hop right after fermentation has been going for 2 days for biotranformation. Keep hops in for 4 days.
